2016 7 series w M package. Smooth and quiet ride. Feels snug and ride good in the rain. 2k so far.Better than going to a shop, if you can put a rim on a tire or even you can’t, for the price these were perfectWhen I called on the 15th I was told that my tires were not at the Mavis tires and brakes service provider by the manager Aaron. when I stated it was a Amazon order with no info to verify my order he says they are there. The idea of someone that is managing the installation of such a critical component of my vehicle just telling me what I want to hear didn’t settle well So I canceled the installation service only. I called everyday with no one ever returning my call and in the day when the service installation was scheduled I went to the store and was told again my tires still weren’t there. At this point I was already in concert with Amazon and the 3rd party seller who sent an email on the 17th stating they were physically signed for at the Mavis store on the 9th. On the 19th I called AGAIN and had to force the manager to go look for my 4 tires that he assured me were not there! After stating that I would prefer to hold which he took well advantage of i was finally told my order had “just” been dropped off by the FedEx truck. I simply stated “I will be there shortly” and hung up the phone. I ended up going the following morning to pep boys paying over 200 for installation of 4 tires and a front end alignment. That same night the side wall of my front passenger tire blew out for no reason in the middle of an intersection. That okay because the special features of the Nexen n5000 plus is RUNFLAT. It did NOT RUNFLAT. As matter of fact it ruined my rim. And now the time frame for return will be closed before I can get a replacement tire to send this garbage back. So I’m out a tire and a rim. Thanks everyone for pointing the finger at someone else and big thanks to Mavis for doing absolutely nothing oh except come outside to watch me struggle loading the tires with no offer to assistI received my four tires,One was damaged,Amazon reached out to the seller,the seller requested a picture. I only wanted a replacement for the damages tire,the seller replied,it looks to have rolled over a nail and is patchable, this is a new $120.00 tire, that I just received,I did not want a patch. I wanted a new tire. I question the thickness of the tire. I do like the tire brand.Great tires for the price I purchased these for my BMW 528 I.I ordered these tires and Amazon send them to a local tire shop. The price of the tires and price of the install were cheaper. I was able to set up an appointment with the local shop, and they installed the tires.It was an easy process and I would definitely do this again.This was actually delivered days before Amazon predicted which was amazing. The tire is exactly what we expected and has held up wellThe guy I went to to put my tires gave me compliment when I told him I bought my tires from Amazon. He told I did good and they were a good quality.
