I purchased a set of four Toyo Extensa tires. I had an ASE certified mechanic install those tires. Less than a 1000 miles later I had a blowout. I could not find a telephone number on Amazon to contact Simple Tire so I purchased another tire from Amazon to replace the blown out tire and would try to figure out the warranty later. Two weeks later I discover another tire has a small hole in the sidewall that is not repairable. I have reached out to Simple Tire through email and the only response I get is a long list of demands I need to meet in order for them to warranty the tire. I no longer have the first blown out tire to meet their demands. I still have the second tire that needs fixed. I will have bought 6 tires for a car that needs 4. In many years of buying tires and working in the industry I have never seen a company look for so many angles to refuse the warranty. Most companies as long as you are within your warranty will replace your tire no questions asked. Simple Tire is a terrible company to work with. Simple Tire will try and blame you for where they should be taking the responsibility. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a company like this to do business on Amazon’s platform while not being transparent, not honoring a manufacturer warranty, and robbing people of their time and money while they continue doing business on the platform. Simple Tire represents they are easy to do business with and it’s hassle free!! Simple Tire is anything but “Simple” to work with. Buyer beware! Buyer beware!! Do your homework before buying from this seller!! This seller should be banned from Amazon!! This was a terrible purchase and experience with an awful company!!!
